Peaceful location with incredibly beautiful view of the garden and pool. Good-sized and well-kept room, a shower, a bidet, and bath sheets in the room. Nice bed and clean facilities. A real good stay for 5 nights at the end of my trip.

The queen room here is awesome, it has everything you need and the beds are super comfy. the location is peaceful and just perfect for checking out restaurants and bars around. It's a really nice area to be in! 🌿

The hotelowner was an angel! Helped me out with everything! Friendly staff and a cute little dog. If I get back to Koh Lanta I will definitily stay at Thip House!

The hotel offers satisfactory meal in the morning with instant coffee, a decent coffee machine.

The breakfast here was good, they had instant coffee and a nice coffee machine, can't complain about it.

Our room had a bidet, and the location was great with beautiful beaches and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

The staff were very nice, the place had a feeling more of a guesthouse than a lifeless hotel. Good place for taking trips throughout the island with a scooter. We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 6 :)

Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are new.

The rooms here are well-maintained, spacious, and come with air conditioning, and the staff is laid-back.

In description of the hotel it says 1.2 km from Ban Sala Dan Pier but that is a total lie, it is minimaly 10 km, and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, please correct that info and don't mislead people. You have to rent the expensive motorbike from the hotel if you want to get anywhere, and also have to leave your passport as deposit when renting. In the past reviews people said that the staff knew english, but the staff I met barely spoke english. When we got to the hotel, as we were dissapointed with the location, we immediately made a modification of our stay, and made a check out 2 days earlier then planed and the manager made us pay for one night we weren't staying although they shouldn't have according to their modification policy. We paid because we didn't want to argue, but contacted Booked.net and explained to them how the manager of the hotel coned us. Have to give credit to Booked.net customer service because the next day manager apologized for his mistake and returned us the money.

Clean, Freindly Staff, Big Room, Very Quiet Place, Internet. Very Good place to stay The rooms are all newly restored . They are cleaned every day and sheets and towels are also changed every day. The furnishing is very stylish and tastefull. The airconditioners are good quality and not noisy. Excellent
